How it works

From token fees to a parent-managed wallet.

Six steps, each with its own record. Parents never pay. Today we are pre-launch: the fee collection, purchases and deliveries aren’t operating yet.

  1. 01

    Token activity

Community-token trading may generate fees under the published fee mechanism. Not every trade does, and volume or market cap is not treasury money.

  2. 02

    Collected fees

Only fees actually received count. Conversion proceeds and conversion costs are recorded separately.

  3. 03

    Treasury

Operating costs are disclosed. What remains is available for purchases.

  4. 04

    Supported asset purchases

Only verified instruments can be considered. Backpack-issued SPCX is proposed; purchases remain disabled. External company pledges never enable project awards.

  5. 05

    Allocation

Approved applications get funding allocated. Allocated is not delivered.

  6. 06

    Confirmed delivery

A specified Backpack-issued SPCX token award goes to a parent-managed Solana wallet only after eligibility checks, two-admin approval and finalized on-chain verification. Real transfers are disabled.
