Privacy notice

Plain-language description of the information this site stores and why.

Draft privacy notice — pending operator details. Not a final policy.

Version draft-2026-10-20 · 2026-10-20. This draft describes how the site works today. It will be replaced by a reviewed version once the operator below is identified; until then nothing here is a contractual promise beyond what it plainly states.

What we store

Account
Email address, password (stored hashed by the sign-in service), email-confirmation and sign-in timestamps.
Profile
A display name you can change.
Application (parent or guardian, adults only)
Your name, country and region, adult and review confirmations, consents, application status and its history, and an application reference. We never ask for a child's name, date of birth or other details.
Receiving wallet
The Solana address you enter, your confirmations about controlling it, and whether you proved control by signing a one-time message. Wallet addresses are public on the blockchain by nature.
Unfinished applications
Your in-progress answers, saved so you can continue later.
Interest sign-ups
Email, region and consent if you register interest.
Security and audit records
Records of administrative actions and status changes, kept to show decisions were made under the stated rules.
Public blockchain data
Transactions of the two published project wallets, read from Solana to report creator fees. This is not personal data about visitors.

Accounts are for adults only. We do not collect children’s personal information.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and send account emails (confirmation and password reset).
  • To review applications and, if awards begin, deliver to the wallet you proved you control.
  • To keep an audit trail of administrative decisions and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your application and wallet details are visible only to you and to authorised reviewers. Other users cannot read them. Public pages show only totals and the project’s own wallets.

Hosting, database and sign-in:
Lovable Cloud
Account emails (confirmation, password reset):
Lovable email delivery from notify.trumpaccounts.xyz
Blockchain reads:
Helius (read-only; no visitor data is sent)

How long we keep it

Retention periods are pending the operator’s decision. Until then, records are kept while your account exists. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

Your choices

You can edit or withdraw an application from your dashboard. Requests to access or delete your account will be handled through the privacy contact, which is pending.

Important distinctions

  • Not the official government program. This is an independent community initiative. It is not the U.S. government “Trump Accounts” program, is not affiliated with any government agency, and cannot open or fund an official account.
  • Community token. A separate Pump.fun token whose creator fees may fund the mission. Holding or buying it gives no right to an award, a share of fees or any asset.
  • Award asset. Backpack-issued SPCX on Solana, which the initiative may buy with allocated funds and deliver to approved applicants. Purchases and deliveries are not operating yet.
  • No purchase necessary. Applying is free. You never need to buy, hold or trade any token to apply or be considered.
  • No guarantee. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award, an amount or a delivery date.
