The basic rules for using this site while it is pre-launch.

Version draft-2026-10-20 · 2026-10-20. This draft describes how the site works today. It will be replaced by a reviewed version once the operator below is identified; until then nothing here is a contractual promise beyond what it plainly states.

What this site is

Not the official government program. This is an independent community initiative. It is not the U.S. government “Trump Accounts” program, is not affiliated with any government agency, and cannot open or fund an official account.
Community token. A separate Pump.fun token whose creator fees may fund the mission. Holding or buying it gives no right to an award, a share of fees or any asset.
Award asset. Backpack-issued SPCX on Solana, which the initiative may buy with allocated funds and deliver to approved applicants. Purchases and deliveries are not operating yet.
No purchase necessary. Applying is free. You never need to buy, hold or trade any token to apply or be considered.
No guarantee. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award, an amount or a delivery date.

Current status

Applications are open; awards are pending launch. No fee collection, asset purchases or deliveries are operating. Eligibility rules, the allocation policy and the mission allocation percentage have not yet been published; no application can be approved for an award until they are.

Your account

You must be an adult and apply as a parent or guardian. Do not enter a child’s personal details.
Give accurate information and a Solana wallet you control. Awards, if any, go only to a wallet whose control you proved by signing a one-time message.
Keep your password and wallet recovery phrase private. We will never ask for your recovery phrase.

Money

The initiative does not accept donations or payments, and there is no checkout. Because nothing is sold, there is nothing to refund. Funding is planned only from claimed community-token creator fees, reported on the transparency page.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, an offer of securities, or a statement that anything is tax-deductible.
